Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology, the first design based private university in the region with a diverse and motivated workforce and an equal opportunity employer, is seeking highly qualified, progressive minded, dynamic and experienced full-time Section Officer for IQAC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide frontline support for the IQAC by responding to inquiries from faculty, staff, students, and the general public, both face-to-face and via telephone and email.
Assist the Director of IQAC in preparing documents and materials for meetings of various committees and statutory bodies and drafting regulations, policies, and publications.
Maintain records of minutes and official documents.
Manage the receipt and dispatch of official correspondence.
Prepare and disseminate administrative notices, circulars, and office orders.
Communicate with faculty, staff, and students as required.
Initiate and process files and activities of the IQAC Office.
Coordinate with academic departments and administrative offices as and when required.
Maintain updated knowledge of academic policies and procedures, and communicate them to academic and administrative units.
Compile and maintain up-to-date official records.
Provide administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the IQAC Office.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Director of IQAC.
