Job Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities.
Contact business owners through Phone, WhatsApp, Email and Meetings.
Understand client business requirements.
Recommend suitable IT solutions.
Present company services professionally.
Conduct software and service demonstrations.
Prepare quotations and proposals.
Follow up with potential clients.
Handle client objections professionally.
Negotiate pricing and project scope.
Close software and service projects.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Maintain all activities inside the CRM.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Achieve monthly business targets.

Monthly KPI (Performance Target)

Every month the selected candidate will be responsible for achieving the following minimum targets:

Contact 300+ Qualified Business Leads
Make 200+ Business Phone Calls
Send 300+ WhatsApp Follow-ups
Conduct 40+ Client Requirement Discussions
Arrange 20+ Demo Meetings
Send 15+ Quotations/Proposals
Convert 3–5 New Projects (minimum)
Generate Monthly Sales Revenue Target assigned by the management
Maintain 100% CRM Updates
Submit Daily Sales Report

Performance will be measured based on:

Calls
Meetings
Follow-ups
Proposals
Closed Projects
Revenue Generated
CRM Activity
Customer Satisfaction
