Khadin.com is one of Bangladesh's growing Buy & Sell Marketplaces, connecting buyers and sellers across the country. We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive user acquisition, app installs, registrations, and ad postings through strategic digital marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and YouTube Ads.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Implement Firebase Analytics and App Tracking solutions.
Create and optimize Retargeting and Lookalike Audience campaigns.
Conduct conversion tracking, funnel analysis, and user journey optimization.
Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
Develop strategies to reduce Cost Per Registration (CPR) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Drive user growth, seller acquisition, buyer acquisition, and marketplace engagement.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
