Position Overview & Core Objective

We are seeking a highly skilled, meticulous, and analytical minded Repair & Maintenance Engineer to lead our technical service and instrument calibration department.

The core objective of this role is to diagnose, troubleshoot, and overhaul high-precision geomatics and marine equipment. The selected engineer will be solely responsible for executing both Hardware Component-Level Repairs and Firmware/Software Diagnostic Configurations, ensuring all instruments meet rigorous precision standards before they are deployed to end-users and institutional projects.

Target Equipment & System Domain

The engineer must possess deep technical troubleshooting capabilities across our entire elite product line, which includes:

Geospatial Instrumentation: Total Stations, Electronic Theodolites, and high-precision RTK GPS/GNSS systems.
Hydrographic & Oceanographic Systems: Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCP), Single/Dual-Frequency Echo Sounders, and associated marine sensors.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Duties

Dual-Layer Repair Execution: Independently manage and execute comprehensive repairs involving both complex hardware circuitry (PCB diagnostics, optical realignments, mechanical sensors) and firmware optimization (system updates, calibration software, data recovery).
International Technical Liaison: Serve as the direct point of contact with overseas manufacturers' global technical expert teams. Troubleshoot complex engineering issues, interpret technical schematics, and coordinate advanced service protocols directly with international principal engineers.
Quality Assurance & Calibration: Perform rigorous post-repair testing and factory-standard calibrations to ensure optimal field reliability for clients.
