Job Responsibilities:

Trade execution: You will handle client buy and sell orders quickly and correctly, staying updated on market changes, economic news, and financial trends to guide your decisions.
Client relationships: You will build lasting, trust-based connections with a diverse client base, including both retail and institutional investors. Through networking and outreach, you will help grow the firm's presence in the market.
Investment guidance: You will lead client discussions and presentations, clearly communicating our services and offering portfolio advice that helps clients make confident decisions.
Account onboarding: You will oversee the BO account setup process, ensuring all documents are properly completed while making the experience smooth and straightforward for clients.
Risk management: You will assess portfolio risks and support strategies to protect client interests and uphold the firm's integrity.
Revenue targets: You will consistently meet or exceed brokerage revenue and growth goals, using your market insight to drive measurable business outcomes.
