nextjobz provides digital services including but not limited to:
Job postings
CV building and related services
Training enrolment
Employer services (ATS, CV Bank, Headhunting, etc.)
Career Abroad
As these are digital services, they are generally non-refundable.
Payments made for job postings, CV database access, employer subscriptions, or promotional services are non-refundable once the service has been activated or published.
If a paid training or event is cancelled by nextjobz, users will receive a full refund within 7 to 10 working days.
If a user cancels before a specified deadline (if applicable), partial refund eligibility may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No refund will be applicable once the training has started.
Payments for CV building, template upgrades, or similar digital services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
If a payment is deducted multiple times or fails but amount is debited:
Please contact us within 7 days.
After verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
In rare and valid cases, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of nextjobz management. Approval is not guaranteed.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banking channels.
