About the Role:

We’re looking for motivated and dynamic Telesales Agents to join our team. As a Telesales Agent, you’ll play a key role in connecting with potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales through effective communication. This is an office-based role with the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients via phone to generate interest and close sales.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries accurately.
• Follow up with leads and prospects, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.
• Track and report sales activities, including call volumes, conversions, and customer feedbacks.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve team and individual sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
