Program Quality and Development

• Conduct comprehensive skills assessments and prepare detailed client reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional behavioral assessments (FBAs).
• Ensure social validity, objectivity, and specificity in goal-setting and treatment plans.

Supervision and Case Management

• Provide monthly supervision for a caseload of 25–30 clients, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
• Oversee case managers, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely review and client plan updates in line with organizational and clinical standards.

Training and Development

• Deliver training lectures for new therapists, focusing on ABA methodologies, protocols, and ethical practices.
• Foster the growth and competency of RBTs and case managers through structured feedback and skill-building initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content to meet team needs.

Parent and Stakeholder Collaboration

• Conduct bi-weekly or monthly parent meetings to review progress, address concerns, and provide guidance.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to enhance client outcomes.
