Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily accounting transactions, including vouchers, journals, and ledgers.
Maintain and update Cash Book, Bank Book, and General Ledger.
Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including supplier/vendor and customer payments.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Verify purchase, sales, expense, and payment-related documents.
Assist in VAT, Tax, TDS, and other regulatory compliance-related activities.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, expense reports, and management reports.
Prepare and maintain necessary documents for audit purposes.
Perform data entry and update reports in ERP/Accounting Software.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Accounting / Auditing.
- At least 2 years of experience is needed.
