Job Description
- Maintaining and managing day-to-day financial transactions like Work Order Finance (WOF), BG, PG, APG, LC, Credit Commitment, Bid Bond Tender Purchases, E-GP, DPM;
- Operate any kinds of loan.
- Vast knowledge of manufacturing, construction of hotel & resort, developer, project-based activities, etc.
- Ensure financial transactions in ERP software and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets, close monthly financial reports, conduct reconciliation of banks within the stipulated time;
- Follow up on internal and external audit observations, take mitigation plans, and ensure liaison with the auditors;
- Adequate knowledge of TAX and VAT, TDS, VDS, AIT, assessment, hearing, appeal, tribunal.
- All types of RJSC documents preparation & submission.
- Ensure the bills and vouchers submitted and accepted by the management are authentic and properly justified;
- Cost-related process review and control, monthly cost settlement and related report preparation and gross profit analysis;
- Assist in improving various operating procedures and planning;
- Assist in the preparation of various monthly management reports;
- Annual budget preparation and cost control;
- Responsible for physical inventory and fixed assets;
- Special assignment as per management requirement.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Accounting / Auditing, Financial Services.
- At least 8 years of experience is needed.
