We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and dynamic Accounts & Finance Executive to join our Accounts & Finance Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the organization's financial operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Income Statement, Profit & Loss Analysis, Trial Balance, and month-wise ledger reconciliation.

• Assist in preparing financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.

• Assist in budget preparation, budget monitoring, and budgetary control.

• Prepare monthly payroll and salary sheets.

• Assist in preparing business plans, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.

• Prepare and submit financial and management reports as required by senior management.

• Monitor bill and voucher preparation and ensure timely posting into the accounting system.

• Maintain cash book, bank book, general ledger, bill register, vouchers, and other accounting records.

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily financial transactions.

• Support internal and external audit activities by providing necessary financial information and documentation.

• Prepare additional financial reports and analyses as assigned by management.
