The Accounts Officer is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting financial reporting. The role ensures compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable statutory requirements while contributing to the organization`s financial integrity.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation.

• Process invoices, payments, receipts, bank transactions, and journal entries in a timely manner.

• Prepare and reconcile bank, cash, vendor, and customer accounts to ensure financial accuracy.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.

• Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the Accounts Manager or management.
