REPORTING

The Admissions Counselor will report to the Head of Admissions or the authorized person.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide one-stop, high-quality information and guidance to prospective students, ensuring a positive service experience.
• Counsel prospective students and guardians on academic programs, admission requirements, scholarships, tuition fees, financial aid, and other facilities offered by ULAB.
• Guide and motivate prospective students in selecting the most suitable academic program at ULAB.
• Respond promptly and professionally to admission-related inquiries on a first-come, first-served basis while maintaining an optimum level of service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a helpful and welcoming attitude to maximize applicant satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing and administering Admission Tests and perform all related operational activities.
• Communicate effectively with prospective students throughout the admission process and support them in completing admission requirements.
• Maintain and regularly update the admissions database, applicant records, and office documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Perform any other admissions-related duties assigned by the supervisor or the university management.
