Job Location: Narayanganj (Near Jatrabari, Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify land-related documents.

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, agreements, contracts, and other legal instruments.

• Initiate and conduct legal proceedings as required.

• Verify the authenticity of title deeds, khatians, and other land records, and conduct land inspections.

• Vet land documents and provide legal opinions.

• Prepare legal notices, letters, agreements, complaints, and other legal correspondence.

• Prepare legal documentation for court proceedings and represent the company before courts and other legal authorities.

• Advise management on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.

• Develop and oversee the company`s legal policies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Protect the company from legal risks and potential violations.

• Review legal issues related to new business initiatives, products, and services.

• Negotiate contracts and legal matters on behalf of the company.

• Monitor legal obligations and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Perform any other legal duties assigned by the management from time to time.
