Job Description
Develop new buyers and generate business for garments accessories.
Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers, buying houses, and garment factories.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize orders.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Planning, Commercial, QA, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor order execution from inquiry to shipment.
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, marketing reports, and business development plans.
Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Job Requirements
- Preferred Industry Type are Garments / Textile / RMG.
- At least 8 years of experience is needed.
