Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ticketing & Booking: Issue, re-issue and refund domestic and international air tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo).
- Fare Calculation: Search and calculate the best available airfares and routes according to client preferences.
- Client & Airline Communication: Maintain regular communication with airlines and handle client queries regarding flight schedules, baggage allowances and visa requirements.
Job Requirements
- Experience must be within 1-2 years.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of solid working experience in Air Ticketing within the travel industry.
- Proficiency in handling Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo.
- Smart, well-spoken and capable of providing excellent customer service.
- Good command of both English and Bengali.
