Nabil Group of Industries (NGI), a leading and fast-growing diversified conglomerate in Bangladesh, is seeking skilled, innovative, and self-motivated Apps Developer to design, develop, and maintain a wide range of mobile and web-based applications that support its expanding business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy native and/or cross-platform mobile applications (Android and iOS) and web applications as per business needs.

• Develop and maintain business-critical apps such as sales force automation (SFA), distributor/dealer ordering, inventory and warehouse management, attendance and field-force tracking, and agro-input management solutions.

• Gather and analyze requirements from different departments and translate them into functional, user-friendly applications.

• Build and integrate APIs, and connect applications with existing ERP, accounting, or database systems.

• Design and manage databases, ensuring data security, integrity, and performance.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and provide training/support to end users.

• Ensure applications follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and IT team members when required.
