Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect whose primary responsibility is professional 3D architectural visualization. The ideal candidate will be an expert in photorealistic exterior rendering.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D exterior models, photorealistic renderings, animations and walkthroughs.
- Prepare architectural concepts and presentation materials.
- Prepare complete RAJUK submission sheets and approval drawings.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP and geotechnical engineers.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation.
- Deliver projects within deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Architecture / Interior Design.
- At least 2 years of experience is needed.
