Job Description
Strong knowledge of Interior & Exterior Design.
Able to prepare BOQ, Material Specifications & Cost Estimation.
Excellent client handling and presentation skills.
Experience in site supervision and project execution.
Capable of managing a complete project independently from concept to handover.
Strong design sense and creativity.
Excellent skills in realistic 3D visualization.
Good understanding of space planning, color, lighting, and materials.
Proficiency in SketchUp, D5 Render, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
Ability to produce high-quality presentation renders within deadlines.
Able to handle complete interior design projects independently.
Experience preparing BOQ, Working Drawings, and Material Selection.
Strong coordination with clients and site teams.
Ability to meet project deadlines and maintain professional quality.
2–5 years of professional experience.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Architecture / Interior Design.
- At least 1 years of experience is needed.
