Job Overview:

We are looking for smart, enthusiastic professionals with vast experience in consumer division Sales (FMCG) with sound and In-depth knowledge in planning and strategies and also being a team leader in training subordinates to contribute to accomplishing overall company goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual sales plan & implement strategies to make sales & achieve the sales target.
• Set up guidelines for the sales & marketing team to develop an effective sales & marketing strategy.
• Initiate an action plan to identify potential markets along with new sales opportunities.
• Portray effective leadership to ensure positive customer experience through motivating and inspiring teamwork.
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for new and existing products& customers.
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information.
• Generate and monitor sales reports and suggest improvements to enhance revenue.
• Collaborate with the sales function.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
