Job Description
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bills of Materials (BOM) from architectural and structural drawings.
- Perform quantity take-offs, measurement verification, and rate analysis for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities.
- Prepare cost variance analyses and support project final account settlement.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, and the Supply Chain team regarding measurements, design revisions, and cost implications.
- Maintain and update material, labor, and equipment rate databases while monitoring local market price trends.
- Ensure compliance with company costing policies, contractual requirements, and project specifications.
- Prepare and submit monthly costing and cost control reports for management.
- Conduct site visits to verify physical measurements and project progress.
Job Requirements
- Preferred Industry Type are Architecture / Interior Design.
- At least 5 years of experience is needed.
