Prepare daily production plans and work schedules in accordance with management instructions and ensure effective implementation to achieve production targets.

Supervise production and assembly activities, ensure product quality and coordinate with all relevant departments to resolve production-related issues.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports; monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Develop production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory status and market demand while maintaining regular coordination with relevant departments.

Monitor product quality through inspection, testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

Assist the Research & Development (R&D) team in product design improvements, new product development and prototype testing.

Ensure quality control of finished products in compliance with national and international standards (e.g., BUET, BSTI or equivalent) and maintain required quality benchmarks.

Identify production-related technical problems, analyze root causes, implement corrective actions and recommend process improvements.

Ensure proper utilization of machinery, equipment, raw materials and manpower to maximize production efficiency while minimizing wastage.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies, operational procedures and company regulations throughout the production process.

Coordinate with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders as required, and prepare necessary technical documentation and reports.

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time in accordance with organizational requirements.

Lead and motivate the production team to achieve departmental objectives while maintaining discipline and teamwork.

Carry out any additional duties assigned by the higher management as and when required.
