TeMS Link Limited, an IT-enabled telecommunication organization, is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and responsible Finance Assistant Manager to join our Finance Department.

• Assist in planning, managing, and supervising the company's day-to-day financial operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and budget variance analyses.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements to ensure smooth business operations.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and payroll-related financial transactions.
• Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of annual budgets and departmental expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS), tax regulations, VAT laws, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities during audits and financial reviews.
• Prepare and submit VAT, Tax, and other statutory returns within the prescribed deadlines.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to minimize financial risks.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assist in forecasting, financial planning, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Support management in preparing business reports, presentations, and financial feasibility analyses.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise finance team members while ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, Administration, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth financial coordination.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
• Perform any other finance and accounts-related responsibilities assigned by management.
