Job Description
- Lead and supervise multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Manage and mentor Project Engineers and site teams.
- Prepare project execution plans and monitor project schedules.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, material usage, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Prepare project reports and update management on project status.
- Support management in improving project execution processes and team
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Architecture / Interior Design.
- At least 7 years of experience is needed.
