Job Summary
Oriental Jute Mill is seeking a responsible and experienced Assistant Manager – Factory Administration to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our jute manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in factory administration, maintaining relationships with local government authorities, and managing land-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the factory.
- Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, and other support services.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the factory premises.
- Coordinate with HR regarding attendance, employee welfare, and administrative support.
- Maintain office records, administrative documents, and asset registers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government offices, law enforcement agencies, utility providers, and other relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with local administration regarding permits, inspections, and other official matters.
- Maintain and safeguard all land-related documents, including deeds, mutation records, land tax receipts, maps, lease documents, and other property records.
- Coordinate with legal advisors and relevant government offices on land documentation and property-related matters.
- Handle vendors, contractors, and general administrative procurement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in factory or industrial administration.
- No minimum educational qualification is required. Relevant practical experience will be given priority.
- Experience dealing with local government offices and administrative authorities.
- Knowledge of land documentation and property records will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Honest, responsible, and capable of working independently.
