M. Ahmed Group is a leading tea manufacturing company, established in 1921, with stakes in tea, rubber, textile, agro and cold storage.
We are looking for smart, energetic and self-motivated candidates to join our executive team for the position of Assistant Manager (Field) at our tea estate in Sylhet.
Job Responsibilities
Achieving crop targets
Working as part of a group and ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets
New extension
Uprooting-replanting
Pests and disease management
Nutrient management
Soil conservation
Composting
Irrigation
Tea nurseries
Labor management and work realization
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Science in Agriculture degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Management Consulting.
- At least 2 years of experience is needed.
