Conduct morning meeting with quality in-charge and supervisor and discuss last days inspection/audit findings and advice to do right way of working procedure.

Ensure all quality system functioning properly: heat seal, pressing, measurement, get up, folding, cartoon quality & weight.

Ensure available approval sample in the table (folding, color sequence, barcode of UPC sticker) as per buyer requirement.

Maintain proper shipment plan and maintain communication with planning, production finishing manager and sewing quality manager to successfully meet company objective.

Discuss quality issue and potential major defect of finishing with quality inspector & supervisor to alert during inspection.

Closely monitor to the subordinate that they understand their duties. Supervising and training to the inspector for their individual allocation post.

Assist supervisor to update the rejected report as per buyer style, color, size of the rejected garments to avoid short shipment.

Ensure all quality system and procedure are functioning properly.

Maintain discipline and keep good working environment.

Closely monitoring metal detector machine when passing finished goods.

Keep attention about good housekeeping.

Maintain good working relationship with other department to prevent quality problems.

Follow-up monthly and annual performance appraisal for all employee of finishing quality section.

Analyses top 3 defects percentage.

Customer feedback timely whenever called.

Inspection handling internal & external.

Manpower recruitment and quality evaluation for appraisal.
