Duties & Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager – Marketing (Hospital & Diagnostic Center)
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient volume and revenue for the hospital and diagnostic center.
- Lead and supervise the marketing team, assigning targets and monitoring daily field activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to increase referrals.
- Establish and maintain corporate tie-ups with companies, factories, educational institutions, NGOs, insurance companies, and government organizations.
- Plan and organize health camps, free medical check-up programs, awareness campaigns, seminars, and community outreach activities.
- Promote hospital specialties, consultant doctors, diagnostic services, health packages, and preventive healthcare programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the organization's market presence.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and patient trend analysis to support business growth.
- Prepare and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and patient services.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and referral feedback, recommending service improvements where necessary.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media, online promotions, and reputation management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reports for management.
- Track marketing KPIs, patient acquisition, referral growth, and return on investment (ROI) of campaigns.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of marketing executives and field officers.
- Represent the hospital at medical conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and professional meetings.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business development, branding, and revenue objectives.
- Handle key client relationships and resolve issues related to corporate and referral partners.
- Perform any additional marketing and business development responsibilities assigned by management.
