Develop and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) parameters, demand forecasting, and inventory plans to ensure uninterrupted production.

Lead SOP activities by aligning sales forecasts, production schedules, and material availability with business requirements.

Optimize inventory by minimizing shortages, excess stock, and carrying costs while maintaining target service levels.

Oversee ERP/MRP systems (IFS/SAP), master data accuracy, inventory audits, and planning parameter improvements.

Monitor inventory KPIs and prepare management reports on material status, inventory health, and supply risks.

Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Merchandising, Quality, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability and compliance with technical standards.

Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, bonded warehouse requirements, and support internal, customer, and financial audits.

Lead and develop the Material Planning team by establishing SOPs, driving Lean/Kaizen initiatives, and managing performance through KPIs and reviews.
