We are 100% export-oriented Sweater Manufacturing Group of Company looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager - Merchandising & Marketing (Sweater Factory) (Experience in GAP or ZARA Required) of a Sweater Factory.
Job location will be Gacha, Chayadana, Gazipur.
- Overseeing GAP Account.
- To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
- To search and develop business with new buyers.
- Team Player and Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
- Supervise the costing and pricing of the products and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
- Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, and lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
- Monitoring the status of approval/pre-production/delivery/shipment.
- Proper execution of orders according to the planned 'Time and Action Plan' on a regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
- Performing any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
