Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic brand plans to drive sustainable business growth.
• Lead product lifecycle management, including launch planning, portfolio optimization, and promotional strategies.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Design impactful marketing campaigns, scientific promotional materials, and sales force training programs.
• Collaborate with Sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful brand execution.
• Monitor brand performance, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and recommend data-driven initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong engagement with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
