Design, develop, test, and maintain ERP, HRIS, and other business applications.

Analyze user requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and queries.

Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and production issues.

Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports, Excel, and other reporting tools.

Perform application deployment, version control, and production releases.

Ensure application security, performance, and database integrity.

Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

Integrate third-party APIs, SMS gateways, email services, and other external systems as required.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.

Support data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery activities.

Coordinate with users and different departments to gather requirements and provide technical support.

Mentor junior developers and review code to ensure coding standards and best practices.

Participate in system enhancement, digital transformation, and automation initiatives.

Perform any other software development-related tasks assigned by management.
