Verify, audit, and certify contractors`, subcontractors`, suppliers`, and vendors` bills prior to payment.

Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, prepare comparative statements, and recommend cost-effective procurement solutions.

Monitor project costs, material consumption, budget utilization, and financial performance throughout project execution.

Coordinate with architects, project managers, site engineers, procurement personnel, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers regarding quantities, billing, and project progress.

Conduct site visits for quantity verification, measurements, work progress assessment, and certification.

Maintain project documentation, BOQs, estimates, contracts, work orders, bills, and cost records.

Prepare project progress reports, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.

Assist in procurement planning, material sourcing, and vendor evaluation.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract conditions, company procedures, and quality standards.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all project cost and financial information.

Perform any other estimation, quantity surveying, project engineering, or related responsibilities assigned by management.
