• Install, configure, and maintain open-source software on Linux platforms

• Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows server environments

• Supervise and lead technical staff, including system and network engineers

• Manage and monitor all IT systems, infrastructure, and related services

• Install, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools

• Ensure maximum system uptime, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring

• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with developers to implement solutions

• Implement and maintain security measures, backup plans, and redundancy strategies

• Develop, deploy, and maintain websites and hosting environments

• Participate in the design and implementation of IT infrastructure and operational support systems

• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for issue resolution and system improvements

• Configure and maintain VoIP systems, including SIP servers

• Support IPTV solutions and configure monitoring tools such as Cacti

• Maintain mail server, Website, Maintenance and checkup on regular basis.
