Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and identify skill gaps across all units.
• Prepare and implement the annual training calendar aligned with business needs.
• Develop and coordinate technical, leadership, behavioral, and compliance training programs.
• Facilitate management training sessions and coach departmental trainers.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure impact on performance and productivity.
• Manage the annual training budget and ensure cost-effective utilization.
• Lead employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
