The Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and fostering a high-performing team culture to achieve our business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing a strategic marketing, sales & promotional activities plan that expands the company`s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Managing recruitment, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team.
• Preparing sales information, analysis, and reports to meet deadlines.
• Responsible for implementing market coverage, sales forecasts & achievement strategies.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Making weekly sales reports and submitting them to the head of sales or the management consecutively.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
