Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of civil society strengthening and community-based programmes with a focus on gender equality, human rights, climate justice, and good governance.

• Coordinate with grassroots CSOs, women- and youth-led groups, and local stakeholders to ensure effective programme execution.

• Assist in programme implementation, capacity building, advocacy initiatives, and documentation to enhance project outcomes.

Key Duties:

• Contribute to the effective field-level execution and reporting of project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Facilitate organizing, movement building, and creative activism activities to strengthen community engagement.

• Support the capacity building of partner organizations to implement project activities effectively.

Networking and Collaboration:

• Act as a strong networker and facilitator, fostering collaboration among various stakeholders.

• Engage with local communities to promote project objectives and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
