Responsible for maintaining daily receive and the issue of materials (Fabric, Accessories and general store items, etc.)

Prepare monthly stock reports and ensure the minimum level of stock positions regularly.

Carry out regular physical random store items checks of commodities and inventories.

Supervise the receipt of all arriving products.

Ensure the integrity of the stores' area is maintained at all times

To ensure accurate accounting of all transactions to and from the stores

Record keeping and assist management by given accurate information on the stock and in/out.

Ensure proper inventory of all arrived goods at the store.

Receive materials from local, foreign suppliers or any other sources as per L/C and purchase approved documents.

Distribute store materials as per requisition.

Keep proper records of received stores and keep track of surplus stores/materials.

Generate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Ensure the safety of the store.

Responsible to arrange Monthly, Yearly Physical Inventory & submit to the Management in Time Able to prepare a closing summary.

Maintain stores as per legal and compliance requirements.
