Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from databases, APIs, files, and other data sources.
• Design and schedule ETL workflows using Apache Airflow.
• Optimize SQL queries and ETL processes for better performance.
• Validate, clean, and ensure data quality before loading into the database.
• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and resolve issues.
• Work with analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve automation processes.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and scheduling.
• Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Good understanding of database design and query optimization.
• Experience with Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Good to Have:
• Experience in the telecom industry.
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker or Linux.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot).
• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
