Greenland Training Center Ltd. is looking for a skilled Barista Trainer / Assistant Chef Trainer to support our Chef Trainer in delivering professional hospitality and culinary training. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in specialty coffee preparation and the ability to train aspiring baristas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef Trainer in conducting culinary and hospitality training.
• Deliver professional barista training, including espresso preparation, milk texturing, latte art, brewing techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Develop barista training materials, practical exercises, and assessment guidelines.
• Maintain coffee equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
• Train students on café operations, customer service, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support practical classes and evaluate trainee performance.
