We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Boiler Operator to join our Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Boiler Competency Certificate (Boiler License) issued by the Government of Bangladesh and have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining industrial boilers while ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the boiler safely and efficiently.
• Maintain required steam pressure and ensure uninterrupted steam supply for production.
• Perform daily inspection of boilers, feed water pumps, valves, burners, and other accessories.
• Maintain boiler operation logbooks and daily operating records.
• Ensure proper water treatment and chemical dosing as per standard procedures.
• Identify and report any abnormal conditions or equipment failures immediately.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with all safety regulations in the boiler room.
• Assist in annual boiler inspection and license renewal activities.
• Follow all applicable provisions of the Bangladesh Boiler Act, Boiler Rules, and company safety policies.
• Any other task assigned by the Section In-Charge.
