Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain the company’s software products and IT services clearly.
• Identify clients’ business needs and software requirements.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or software demonstrations.
• Follow up with interested and existing clients regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client feedback.
• Handle client questions and objections professionally.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Achieve individual and team-based monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients.
