Job Description
- Receive payments by POS machine (cash, card, mobile banking, or other payment methods);
- Prepare all bills, invoices, and receipts accurately;
- Follow company policies, financial procedures and customer service standards;
- Handle daily cash transactions and maintain proper cash balance;
- Assist customers with billing inquiries in a soft & professional manner;
- Ensure proper handling of POS (Point of Sale) systems;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area;
- Support front office or restaurant operations when required;
- Have to take workloads calmly & softly;
- Be very active & hardworking in the workplace;
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Working Conditions/Hours:
- Shifting/Roaster basis (9-10 hours duty)
- Weekend-As per company rules
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Facility Management Services.
- At least 2 years of experience is needed.
