Department: Execution & Engineering Department

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Supervise Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and execution teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Review BOQ, project costing, schedules, procurement, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare project reports and provide technical leadership to the execution team.

Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects.**
• Candidates having experience in the Interior Industry will be given preference.**
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, project planning, budgeting, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project/Primavera will be an added advantage.
