Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management.

• Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and Board on financial planning, investments, expansion, and profitability.

• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across all business units while monitoring financial performance against budgets.

• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

• Partner with Production, Merchandising, Sourcing, Industrial Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to maximize manufacturing profitability.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce production costs.

• Strengthen working capital management and improve the cash conversion cycle.

• Manage banking relationships, negotiate credit facilities, and maintain adequate liquidity for business operations and capital investments.

• Ensure robust internal controls, financial governance, and risk management.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, taxation, VAT, customs, labour, and corporate requirements.
