Job Context

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (Estimation) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for civil and steel structure works, along with supporting project coordination and office-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analyses, and cost estimates for civil and steel structure projects.

• Review architectural and structural drawings for estimation purposes.

• Prepare quotations, tender documents, technical documents, and project reports.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and cost control.

• Assist in material quantity verification and procurement-related coordination.

• Maintain estimation files, project records, and other engineering documentation.

• Perform other office-related engineering tasks as assigned by management.
