We are looking for a Client Service Manager who understands brands, follows trends, communicates with confidence, and can manage both clients and projects with professionalism.

The ideal candidate should be curious, commercially aware, digitally literate, and comfortable working closely with Strategy, Creative, Digital, Media, Production, and other specialist teams. Experience is important, but attitude, ownership, and judgement matter just as much.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand the client’s business, category, audience, competition, and communication priorities.
• Translate business objectives into clear creative, strategic, digital, and marketing briefs.
• Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Digital, Media, Production, Activation, and other internal teams.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, status updates, and project discussions.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, timelines, and agreed deliverables.
• Review creative and strategic outputs before client submission.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, scopes of work, timelines, and project documentation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues before they affect delivery.
• Manage client feedback clearly and constructively.
• Track consumer, category, digital, and communication trends and share relevant insights.
• Contribute to campaign planning, brand discussions, content direction, and communication opportunities.
• Coordinate with finance and operational teams regarding estimates, approvals, billing, and project closure.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and business development.
• Support pitches, research, competitive reviews, and proposal development.
• Ensure client satisfaction while protecting the agency’s quality standards and commercial interests.
