Job Description
- Independently manage the entire Cash Incentive application process.
- Coordinate with Banks, BGMEA/BTMA, Audit Firms, and other related offices for timely processing.
- Maintain effective communication and liaison with internal departments, Banks, Auditors, and Bangladesh Bank for smooth submission of CI applications.
- Monitor sales contracts and shipment status to prepare documents and fulfill formalities for incentive claims.
- Prepare and collect Proceed Realization Certificates and Back-to-Back Certificates from the bank.
- Obtain BGMEA/BKMEA/BTMA certificates as required for cash incentive claims.
- Calculate eligible incentive amounts in line with current government policies and circulars.
- Coordinate and follow up with nominated auditors for timely verification of claim files.
- Address audit queries and documentation gaps to ensure issuance of Cash Incentive Certificates.
- Collect Cash Incentive Certificates from the bank and submit them to Bangladesh Bank for fund disbursement.
- Regularly follow up on import/export notifications and maintain proper records for audit and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Having Masters in any Discipline degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Banking, Financial Services.
- At least 5 years of experience is needed.
