Mahbub & Company, a top-tier, full-service law firm based in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, is seeking an experienced and creative Communications Officer to lead the firm's internal and external communications, strengthen its digital presence, and produce high-quality multimedia content that reflects the firm's reputation for excellence and professionalism.

This position is ideal for a strategic communicator who excels in content development, digital marketing, branding, graphic design, video production, and multimedia storytelling.

Strategic Communications

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with the firm's business objectives.
• Manage internal and external communications while safeguarding confidentiality and professional standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, legal correspondents, and strategic stakeholders.
• Prepare communication materials for firm achievements, legal developments, events, and publications.

Digital & Website Management

• Manage and regularly update the firm's website and digital platforms.
• Oversee the firm's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Monitor website and social media analytics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and visibility.
• Optimize digital content for search engines (SEO) and user experience.

Content Development

• Draft, design, edit, and proofread communications materials including newsletters, blog posts, legal updates, articles and client alerts and develop professional designs for digital and print materials (e.g., reports, publications).
• Produce content highlighting case successes, research publications, and firm’s achievements while maintaining confidentiality protocols.

Graphic Design (Highly Preferred)

• Design professional publications, brochures, reports, social media creatives, banners, presentations, infographics, and other branding materials.
• Ensure visual consistency across all communication channels.

Video Production & Multimedia (Highly Preferred)

• Plan, script, shoot, direct, and edit high-quality videos.
• Produce corporate videos, documentaries, interviews, event highlights, promotional videos, and short-form content for digital platforms.
• Capture professional photography and videography during seminars, conferences, and firm events.
• Manage post-production, including editing, motion graphics, subtitles, color correction, and sound optimization.
