Explain foreign university admission procedures, course options, eligibility, fees, and visa requirements.

Call leads regularly and follow up to ensure proper guidance and successful conversion.

Create, update, and manage student/client profiles, visitor logs, and follow-up databases.

Open student files, prepare required documents, fill out the application and visa forms.

Maintain organized physical and digital records of students and applications.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and guardians.

Assist and support students throughout the admission and visa processing stages.

Communicate and coordinate with partner universities and institutions.

Host or support seminars, info sessions, and promotional events for prospective students.

Carry out business development activities, including lead generation and client follow-up.

Handle emails professionally and support online and newspaper marketing/promotional activities.

Ensure strict confidentiality of all student and client information.
